Greetings fellow writers and creatives,

I’m happy to announce the StarPath Creatives – Writing Contest 2025!

A few creatives and I have been working behind the scenes over the last several months to find ways to support and encourage our fellow writers and creatives. In the season of the world we find ourselves, coming across troubling news seemingly on the daily, we thought of a way for writers to express creativity while also giving an opportunity to bring hope and enjoyment!

Starting July 14, 2025, we will be open for submissions of stories along the theme of A Light in the Darkness. We will be accepting submissions up until 29th of August and announcing winners on November 1st.

I’ve worked with Saffron of Indiosyncrasy and Danika Rose Lynn behind the scenes over the last several months, and over that time we saw how we had similar dreams for the writing and indie creative communities. (Not to mention how awesome these two people are, like WOW check out their pages and you’ll quickly see they’re amazing!) This then led to the creation of the writing wizard super group, StarPath Creatives.

This event is another step forward in the Support Indie efforts as we combine our forces and look for ways to support the creative community. Now more than ever, we need to band together and support one another!

We can’t wait to see what stories y’all come up with!
